手動工具 Manual Tool
• Coning Tool can process tubing taper,angle is about 57°~59°.
倒外圓錐工具可以加工鋼管的錐度，角度約57°~59°。
• Chuck and bit tool can be replaced,the same tools can be processed tubing of 1/4 "O.D、3/8 " O.D、9/16" O.D.
夾頭，刀具可以更換，同一個工具可以加工 1/4" O.D、 3/8"O.D、9/16"O.D鋼管。
• Adjusting gland nut,can adjust the depth of processing.
調節壓緊螺母，可以調節加工的深度。

倒外圓錐操作說明 Inverted conical operation instruction
• Clamping fixed block of coning tool.
把倒外圓錐工具上固定塊固定。
• Adjust the slot width is slightly larger than the length of the cutting cone , loosen the gland nut , put the tube into the collets inside ,l ock gland nut.
調整退刀槽的寬度稍大于切削錐面長度，松開螺母，把鋼管插入夾頭里面，鎖緊螺母。
• In the observation hole drops into the cutting oil , so that the cutting edges maintain lubricating.
在觀察孔上滴進切削油，使切削刃上保持潤滑。
• Right hand turn the handle,at the same time left hand rotation screw gland nut(clockwise) , at the beginning of the handle feels heavier , when the rotary gland is screwed almost to the end , speed up the rotation speed of the handle , When handle feels relaxed , show that complete the cutting , loosen the gland , pull out the tube and check the cone if is suitable , if not , continue above operation.
右手轉動手柄同時左手也旋轉旋緊螺母(順時針)，初期手感較重，當旋緊螺母接近到底時，加快手柄旋轉速度;當手感輕松，表明切削完成，把螺母松開，抽出鋼管觀察錐面是否合適，如不夠繼續上述操作
